We started with humble beginnings in 1977, tucked into a Kingston shopping arcade.

A few decades and three expansions later,

we’ve grown to the largest full service sewing equipment supplier in Canberra,

with a special interest in machine embroidery. 

We are proud to have served the Canberra sewing community for over 40 years,

and look forward to welcoming you to our Hume store – either virtually or in person.

Our brick-and-mortar store offers machine servicing, a wide range of classes, and demonstrations.

Online we offervirtual classes and demonstrations, as well as our full range of machines.

We are licensed dealers for seven internationally known sewing machine brands including:

Bernina, Handi Quilter, Husqvarna Viking, Janome, Juki, Pfaff, and ProSystems.

 Our haberdashery range includes well known favourites such as:

Clover, Birch, Freestyle Fabrics – Tula Pink, and so much more.

Please note: We no longer sell Brother machines.

We can service Brother, however we cannot source parts should these be required.
